Courteous and relatively fast customer/ sale service. Also very smart move on their side of having multiple high performance vehicles ready for customers to test drive. I had a choice between 3 different Dodge Durango Hellcats and I could test drive one which resulted in a purchase as opposed to many other dealerships where they a) Don't have enough Hellcats to choose from or they have none and b) they make it difficult to test drive it. ( I've tried elsewhere and they couldn't let me test drive one and consequently lost

The interaction with Alain felt as if he didn't want to sell the car. We traveled 4hours to the dealership, though welcomed by Neils, Alain pretty much treated this sale indifferent. My friend who came with me commented that he would leave immediately had he worked with such sales person and said the sales person behaved as if he was a prince coming to the dealership to enjoy messing with customers. I was test driving a manual wrangler and trying to identify potential issue. Alain interrupted me in the middle and took over trying to show me how he drives. Apparently Alain drives a manual poorly, the car kept jerking as he shifted gears but he kept saying it was smooth. I could have left the dealership at the moment. Later, we ran into some minor paper issue, although it was fixed eventually, he kept ignoring us, kept us waiting because he let customers who came later than us into the finance office. In my opinion Alain needs to redo all the training before he meets any customers.
