I contacted the dealer with an inquiry on a particular Ram 1500 I was assigned Kevonn as a sales associate. I told my situation and my interests, he replied promptly with the information requested. Initially we didn't come to agreeable terms but he stayed engaged and not overly aggressive. After some negotiations were able to come to terms on the Ram in which I test drove and eventually leased. Kevonn remained professional through the whole experience, I would definitely purchase from him in the future.

KeVonn Mabon was my salesman. I walked in and told him I hated salesman and if I felt any pressure I'd be gone. From that point everything went very well. No pressure and he answered everything without any doubt. xxxx, he knew the answers to all my questions. I've never had a salesman answer every question without them trying to xx me!!! Me being a mechanic for many years makes it easy to spot a BSer.... So if you are looking for a great experiance, ask for KEVONN and tell him Steve P sent you.

Xavier Altamonte was great handling everything. My LED light strip headlight was fixed but we did have one teeny problem. We made a 10 am appointment ,and it was not done in a timely manner . We were told a 3 hour service visit actually turned into an all day affair. Apparently they were busier than normal. We didn't get our vehicle back until 5:45 pm that afternoon. Xavier did go above and beyond and kept us informed throughout the day .
