They did the maintenance requested (oil change and tire rotation). They also checked for a recall issue which required them to have my vehicle for the day. They also found other maintenance that was needed but didn't bother to contact me. Instead they wrote on my invoice that I declined. If they'd told me, I'd have had it done while they had my vehicle.
