The only rough spot was when the tire and rim package was simply added without asking.. I did get it but didn't like the way I had to catch it right at the end.

Courteous and relatively fast customer/ sale service. Also very smart move on their side of having multiple high performance vehicles ready for customers to test drive. I had a choice between 3 different Dodge Durango Hellcats and I could test drive one which resulted in a purchase as opposed to many other dealerships where they a) Don't have enough Hellcats to choose from or they have none and b) they make it difficult to test drive it. ( I've tried elsewhere and they couldn't let me test drive one and consequently lost

The interaction with Alain felt as if he didn't want to sell the car. We traveled 4hours to the dealership, though welcomed by Neils, Alain pretty much treated this sale indifferent. Mostly good. One bit of a problem on recall. I brought a issue on a open recall that was still open. Had to return next day. And still haven't received warranty paperwork on certified vehicles.

I contacted the dealer with an inquiry on a particular Ram 1500 I was assigned Kevonn as a sales associate. I told my situation and my interests, he replied promptly with the information requested. Initially we didn't come to agreeable terms but he stayed engaged and not overly aggressive. After some negotiations were able to come to terms on the Ram in which I test drove and eventually leased. Kevonn remained professional through the whole experience, I would definitely purchase from him in the future.

KeVonn Mabon was my salesman. I walked in and told him I hated salesman and if I felt any pressure I'd be gone. From that point everything went very well. No pressure and he answered everything without any doubt. xxxx, he knew the answers to all my questions. I've never had a salesman answer every question without them trying to xx me!!! This was my six ram truck and this was the easiest transaction to date. My sales rep, William Virella, was a solid guy and straight up. Can’t say enough about how rare that is in this industry. Just a very professional experience from beginning to end. Too many details to go into. One point that shouldn’t go unnoticed is they kept my little ones entertained with popcorn, sodas, coloring books, and more. First class experience and something I would never expect in any car lot.
