I contacted the dealer with an inquiry on a particular Ram 1500 I was assigned Kevonn as a sales associate. I told my situation and my interests, he replied promptly with the information requested. Initially we didn't come to agreeable terms but he stayed engaged and not overly aggressive. After some negotiations were able to come to terms on the Ram in which I test drove and eventually leased. Kevonn remained professional through the whole experience, I would definitely purchase from him in the future.

KeVonn Mabon was my salesman. I walked in and told him I hated salesman and if I felt any pressure I'd be gone. From that point everything went very well. No pressure and he answered everything without any doubt. xxxx, he knew the answers to all my questions. I've never had a salesman answer every question without them trying to xx me!!! Kevon the salesman was great easy to work with and genuinely care for what I was looking for in the truck, finance was a not the same experience the wait was way to long and I guess is by design but I left the dealer and came back the next day and they still weren’t ready for me

This was my six ram truck and this was the easiest transaction to date. My sales rep, William Virella, was a solid guy and straight up. Can’t say enough about how rare that is in this industry. Just a very professional experience from beginning to end. Too many details to go into. One point that shouldn’t go unnoticed is they kept my little ones entertained with popcorn, sodas, coloring books, and more. First class experience and something I would never expect in any car lot.

Well received and informative. As usual the financial aspect was quite a wait. However, Mike did a great job in expediting the necessary paperwork.
Truck was in great shape, and they got us what we wanted, on the other hand only got one key for the truck which also is not a regular key( looks like a replacement key and is missing functions) and we also did not get the owners manual for the vehicle and no offer of finding one and a original key fob were made .
Neil was great and so was the finance department. This was our second purchase from Ferman in one year! Love them!

Mike did a super job I like the truck which is the fourth vehicle I’ve bought from them. The problem is they only gave me one key fob. I’ve been trying for three months since I got the truck to get a second key fob. Mike has tried and people above him have refused to get me one.
